Synergy
Mega Raichu X sets Electric Terrain that doubles Rising Voltage for itself and Jolteon, while Ninetales-Alola's snow turns Jolteon's Weather Ball into an Ice-type one-hit KO on Garchomp and Talonflame's Sunny Day turns it into a Fire-boosted hit alongside a charcoal-boosted Typhlosion Eruption. Every Pokemon runs a max offense, max Speed spread except Palafin, which trades Speed for bulk since it wants to tank a hit and Flip Turn rather than outrun anything, and Talonflame's Tailwind and Quick Guard supply the speed control and priority protection the rest of the team is too frail to provide itself.
Win Conditions
Rising Voltage from Mega Raichu X and Jolteon under Electric Terrain for early burst damage, Weather Ball one-hit knockouts on Garchomp once Ninetales-Alola's snow or Talonflame's Sunny Day is active, Talonflame Tailwind and Quick Guard shutting down priority in best-of-one to protect the team's offense, and Palafin cleaning up with Jet Punch and Wave Crash once Zero to Hero triggers in the late game.
Lead Options
Mega Raichu X + Palafin (pivot lead, sets up the back line despite low bulk), Raichu + Jolteon (vs slower teams with limited speed control, doubles up on Rising Voltage immediately), Talonflame + Ninetales-Alola (vs Whimsicott/Charizard/Garchomp cores, baits Garchomp leads into Blizzard and Tailwind)
Threats
Rain teams built around Archaludon, which out-bulk the team's burst damage on the special side, Choice Scarf Garchomp punishing the assumption that Jolteon's Weather Ball secures the knockout, specially defensive walls that survive Rising Voltage combinations outright, and well-piloted Trick Room teams (especially Kangaskhan), where Ninetales-Alola's Roar denies the setup but costs a turn of offense the frail team can't always afford.
