Timid Raichu mega evolves into Raichunite X to set Electric Terrain, which doubles Rising Voltage from base 70 to 140 power against grounded targets. Lightning Rod grants an Electric type immunity plus a hidden Special Attack boost whenever it absorbs an Electric move, stacking with the maxed Special Attack and Speed spread. Fake Out buys the first turn of terrain safely, and Volt Switch repositions once Rising Voltage lands. The build sacrifices raw power for consistent speed control, letting Jolteon capitalize on the terrain it sets up turn one.
