Pelipper sets Drizzle on entry, enabling Thunder accuracy for Mega Manectric and powering up Electro Shot for Archaludon. Sneasler uses Rain Dance as a backup weather setter with White Herb Unburden to gain speed after Close Combat drops its defenses. Sinistcha provides Hospitality healing and Rage Powder redirection to protect key attackers, with Trick Room as a mode-switch against faster teams. Basculegion-M with Choice Scarf and Adaptability Wave Crash cleans up weakened opponents.

Win Conditions

Set rain via Pelipper Drizzle or Sneasler Rain Dance, then fire off Thunder from Mega Manectric, Electro Shot from Archaludon, and boosted Wave Crash / Flip Turn from Basculegion-M. Mega Manectric's post-Mega Intimidate and Snarl stack to blunt physical and special threats respectively, buying time for the rain core to sweep.
