Modest nature with Leftovers provides steady recovery and SpA pressure. Dragon Pulse and Flash Cannon offer coverage against types that resist Electric, keeping opponents honest. SP investment prioritizes bulk: 32 HP, 16 SpD, and 13 Spe hit key speed tiers while Leftovers recovery compensates for the absence of a SpA-heavy spread.
