Prankster gives Tailwind and Encore priority in the turn order, making both moves land before opponents can respond. Encore locks opponents into a move, synergizing with Disable from Ninetales for layered disruption. Moonblast hits Garchomp and Dragon types for meaningful damage with maxed Special Attack. Focus Sash ensures Whimsicott gets off at least one priority action even under spread damage pressure. Timid and maxed Speed guarantee it operates correctly even without Tailwind up.
