Synergy

Basculegion's Soak converts targets to Water-type, enabling Raichu-X's Rising Voltage to hit Ground-types and other immune targets for massive damage. Whimsicott provides Tailwind and disruption via Encore and Prankster priority, while Garchomp handles opposing Dragons and Rock-type threats. Ninetales-Alola counters Garchomp matchups and can further abuse Soak by hitting Water-typed targets with Freeze-Dry. Charizard-Mega-Y serves as a secondary mega and Fairy-type resist.

Win Conditions

Soak from Basculegion + Rising Voltage from Raichu-X nukes most targets regardless of typing. Under Tailwind, the team overwhelms opponents with speed and power before they can respond. Garchomp provides a consistent, high-damage fallback for matchups where Raichu-X cannot lead.
