Garchomp, Kingambit, and Empoleon provide physical/special coverage and anti-Intimidate tech (White Herb Garchomp, Defiant Kingambit, Competitive Empoleon). Incineroar offers Fake Out support and Parting Shot pivoting.
Win Conditions
Set Snow + Aurora Veil with Froslass, then spam Blizzard from Froslass and Choice Scarf Rotom-Frost while speed-controlling with Electro Web. Clean up late with Kingambit Sucker Punch or Garchomp Earthquake/Rock Slide.

Fire and Steel types (Mega Delphox, Incineroar) soak up ice attacks.
