Synergy

Mega Gengar anchors the team with Shadow Tag and Perish Song, trapping opponents in a countdown while Mega Blaziken clears the field with Speed Boost-powered physical attacks. Incineroar glues the team together via Fake Out, Intimidate, and Parting Shot, safely cycling Gengar in late game when the trap is ready to close. Alolan Ninetales provides Snow Warning weather control and hard-counters Swampert with Freeze-Dry, while Basculegion and Kingambit offer additional high-damage offense.

Win Conditions

Get Mega Blaziken and Incineroar to delete or weaken the opponent's front two Pokemon, then bring in Mega Gengar late game to activate Shadow Tag and Perish Song. With no swap options left, the opponent's remaining Pokemon are locked into a three-turn countdown.
