Sylveon's Yawn disruption, Mudsdale's tanky Ground/Steel pressure, White Herb Dragonite's anti-Incineroar chip, and Choice Scarf Gholdengo's surprise speed control all exist to soften the opposing team and stall for Speed Boost stacks. Once the field is weakened, Mega Blaziken and Meowscarada clean up together, since both keep enough coverage and priority resistance to finish games the support core sets up.

Win Conditions

Chip damage from Sylveon's Yawn and Hyper Voice, Mudsdale's Earthquake/Heavy Slam, Dragonite's Superpower/Extreme Speed, and Gholdengo's Make It Rain wears the opponent down until Mega Blaziken (stacking Speed Boost behind Detect) and Life Orb Meowscarada can sweep with Flower Trick, Triple Axel, and Sucker Punch.

Threats

Toxipex-based stall is difficult without a reliable way to remove Leftovers since the team lacks Knock Off. Double Fairy cores wall Dragonite outright, and Rain teams built around Mega Swampert are an awkward matchup, which is part of why Blaziken runs Jolly instead of Adamant.
