Vivillon-Monsoon is a Pokemon that most teams simply don't have good answers for, since Compound Eyes makes Sleep Powder land at extremely high odds and immediately swing the tempo of a game. Rage Powder redirects attacks to protect a setting Trick Room partner, and Hurricane provides real damage when a lead just needs to attack. Timid with max Special Attack and Speed keeps it threatening on its own, though leading it to set Trick Room can leave it exposed if the opponent can knock it out immediately.
