Build Notes
This Staraptor doesn't need Attack investment at all, since its plan is to take a Charm from Whimsicott and stack Attack and Defense boosts through Close Combat and Roost from there. Jolly with max HP and Speed lets it outspeed and survive rather than simply hit hard on its own. It's the primary lead threat that opponents have to respect, and once Charm lands it can quickly become one of the hardest things on the field to remove.
