With Helping Hand from Torkoal and Trick Room active, it can threaten genuine one-hit knockouts rather than just chipping and pivoting. Brave with max HP and Attack fits the slow Trick Room shell, and Fake Out is still there to buy a safe setup turn early in the game when needed.
