Parting Shot drops incoming targets' offenses while pivoting to cycle Intimidate. Throat Chop prevents sound-based moves for two turns, specifically targeting Hyper Voice threats. This Incineroar skips direct damage entirely for maximum support output. No Flare Blitz, just disruption and Intimidate cycling to protect Mega Gengar's trap setup turns.
