Glimmora is a returning piece from Regulation MA that's still excellent into opposing Charizard teams. Modest with max Special Attack and Speed lets it threaten immediate damage with Power Gem, Sludge Bomb, and Earth Power before slower Pokemon get to act. Leading it alongside Whimsicott is a common way to grab big early leads, and Spiky Shield punishes contact attackers that try to bully it off the field before it can fire.
