Excadrill is the payoff for Tyranitar's Sand, doubling its Speed under Sand Rush to become one of the fastest physical attackers on the field. Adamant with max Attack and Speed makes Earthquake and Rock Slide hit devastatingly hard, and Focus Sash guarantees it survives a hit to activate that Speed boost even under pressure. Milotic's Competitive layered on top means any opposing Intimidate meant to blunt Excadrill's damage instead just powers up a teammate.
