Sticky Web sets Speed-lowering hazards when opponents switch in, slowing Pokémon that try to counter the team's Bug-type sweepers. Ice Beam provides coverage against Dragon, Flying, and Grass types. Wide Guard blocks spread moves protecting the team from Earthquake and Heat Wave. Modest maxed Special Attack and significant Speed investment.
