Synergy

Torkoal sets Drought on entry, powering Heliolisk's Solar Power and boosting Torkoal's own Eruption and Heat Wave. The core gimmick is Round: Aerodactyl moves first due to its high Speed and uses Round, then Mega Pidgeot or Sylveon follow immediately in the same turn, boosting Round to 120 base power with first-turn priority. Mega Pidgeot's No Guard guarantees Hurricane accuracy in any weather, and Sylveon's Pixilate turns Round into a Fairy-type move boosted by Fairy Feather, giving it two layers of STAB-adjacent damage amplification. Archaludon provides bulk, Stamina longevity, and reliable Dragon and Steel coverage to patch the team's weaknesses.

Win Conditions

Lead Aerodactyl alongside Mega Pidgeot or Sylveon and chain Round to delete targets at base 120 priority. Against trick room or tailwind teams, fall back to Torkoal Drought plus Eruption to pressure the field. Archaludon stalls and snowballs with Stamina while Heliolisk provides Electroweb speed control and a pivot via Volt Switch.

Threats
