Mega Skarmory Sandstorm

DoublesRegulation Set M-A

Synergy

Mega Skarmory works exceptionally well in Sandstorm for two reasons: as a Steel type it takes no Sandstorm chip damage, and as a Flying type it can be freely paired with Garchomp for Earthquake spam. Stalwart prevents redirection of its attacks, and Tailwind sets up speed control for the whole team. Rotom-Mow's Levitate further enables Earthquake spam while providing Electroweb speed control.

Win Conditions

Lead Mega Skarmory with Garchomp to immediately enable Earthquake spam. Set Tailwind for additional speed control, then use Rotom-Mow's Electroweb and Discharge to overwhelm opponents alongside Garchomp's Earthquake.

Lead Options

Skarmory-Mega + Garchomp, Skarmory-Mega + Tyranitar

Threats

Electric-type moves targeting Skarmory, opposing weather setters, fast Pokémon that can outspeed before Tailwind.
