Wyrdeer is the team's unconventional secondary Trick Room setter, giving opponents an unexpected secondary threat to the combo. Adamant nature with 32 HP and 32 Atk makes it a physically bulky tank that can also deal significant damage. Intimidate provides additional attack drops to protect Camerupt and Farigiraf. Mental Herb lets Wyrdeer set Trick Room even against Taunt users on the first attempt. Shield Bash one-hits Sneasler and raises its own Defense each use. Double-Edge provides strong Normal STAB at the cost of recoil. Because Wyrdeer is rarely seen, opponents frequently underestimate the Trick Room threat from this slot.
