Vivillon

Vivillon is the primary enabler for Charizard's Belly Drum setup. Rage Powder draws attacks away while Charizard uses Belly Drum, and Sleep Powder puts threatening opponents offline before they can Encore or attack. Shield Dust prevents secondary effects from interrupting its supporting turns. Focus Sash keeps it alive through chip or priority, and Timid with maxed Speed SP ensures it moves first against nearly all relevant targets. Pollen Puff can heal Charizard mid-setup; Tailwind provides a speed control backup for the late game.
