Choice Scarf pushes its already high Speed to outrun virtually all unboosted threats, and Eruption at full HP under sun delivers catastrophic spread damage. Frisk reveals opponent held items on switch-in, providing free information that guides move selection. Shadow Ball covers Ghost and Psychic types that resist Fire, while Heat Wave and Solar Beam round out coverage under sun. Modest nature with max SpA and max Spe SP investment squeezes every point of damage output. The 2 HP allocation fills the 66 SP total while providing marginal bulk.
