Toxapex is the centerpiece of the team's grind, nearly impossible to knock out once Regenerator and Leftovers are healing it back each cycle. Infestation traps a Pokemon in place while it keeps ticking, and Toxic never misses when used by a Poison type, stripping away the accuracy variance that usually comes with status moves. Bold nature with heavy HP, Defense, and Special Defense investment maximizes that longevity. Wide Guard blocks spread moves like Rock Slide, Earthquake, and Heat Wave, and it walls Fairy types like Mega Floette, Sylveon, and Whimsicott outright.
