Toxapex

Toxapex is the team's disruption anchor, built to tank hits repeatedly with Regenerator healing a third of its HP on every switch-out. Calm nature with maxed HP and Defense plus a small SpD investment gives it genuine bulk on both sides. Wide Guard is the key move: it blocks Heat Wave, Eruption, and Blizzard, shutting down spread damage that would otherwise threaten multiple team members at once. Baneful Bunker poisons physical contact moves. Mental Herb protects against Encore or Taunt that would lock it into the wrong move at the wrong time. Toxic starts the stall clock, and Venoshock punishes poisoned targets.
