Sylveon uses Pixilate to convert Hyper Voice and Hyper Beam into powerful spread Fairy attacks boosted by Fairy Feather. The mixed bulk spread, with investment in HP, Defense, and a touch of Special Attack and Speed, allows it to survive Dire Claw from Jolly Weavile and take three hits from Garchomp Earthquake while still outputting significant damage. The Speed investment lets Sylveon outspeed base 120 Pokemon under Tailwind. Hyper Voice is the main spread nuke for double-targeting, Hyper Beam nukes a single target, Quick Attack provides Pixilate-boosted priority, and Protect stalls Tailwind turns to protect Talonflame.
