The HP spread is maximized at 32 SPs to make Final Gambit as powerful as possible while still holding only 2 Atk SPs, enough to KO Sash Sneasler with Dual Wingbeat and non-Chople King Gambit with Close Combat. Jolly nature and max Speed SPs let it outrun Mega Staraptor, the main target. Intimidate on entry provides immediate physical attack reduction, and U-turn allows safe repositioning to bring in a Trick Room sweeper without committing to Final Gambit.
