Sneasler provides Fake Out support to block opponent's first turn and allows Blastoise or other allies setup opportunities. Jolly nature with maxed Speed and modest HP investment creates a durable fastest priority user. Close Combat is a powerful physical STAB move, while Throat Chop covers Ghost-types and disrupts opponents. Unburden provides a Speed boost once the Sitrus Berry is consumed, enabling it to sweep late-game if needed.
