Sinistcha is a secondary setup enabler that redirects attacks away from Tyranitar with Rage Powder and heals partners by 25% HP via Hospitality on switch-in. Relaxed nature with 32 HP and 27 SpD provides the bulk needed to survive multiple hits while cycling in and out for healing. Trick Room gives the team a backup speed-control mode under which Mega Steelix can sweep. Matcha Gotcha provides chip healing and a burn chance, and Sitrus Berry extends longevity as a repeated redirect target.
