Sinistcha is the team's redirection and healing backbone. Rage Powder pulls attacks away from Sneasler's setup turn and away from Mega Metagross when it needs to mega evolve safely. Bold with maxed HP and heavy Defense investment lets it stand in front of physical hits meant for teammates, while Hospitality heals whichever ally it swaps in for. Matcha Gotcha provides same-type damage with a burn chance and recovers HP on contact, giving it staying power across a long game. Life Dew tops off the team's bulkier attackers between fights, and Sitrus Berry adds one more cushion of longevity.
