Build Notes

Sinistcha's primary role is shutting down opposing Trick Room teams by using Imprison to prevent enemies from using Trick Room at all, protecting the team's speed-based win condition. Hospitality restores a small amount of HP to teammates on switch-in, providing passive sustain. Focus Sash guarantees it survives one hit to get Imprison off. Timid nature with 32 SP in Speed lets it act fast enough to set Imprison before slower Trick Room setters move, while 32 SP in SpA makes Shadow Ball and Matcha Gotcha meaningful offensive threats. The Trick Room move in its own set serves as a counter-setter if opponents do land Trick Room first.
