Never-Melt Ice pushes Blizzard damage to reliably threaten Garchomp and Dragon-types that would otherwise wall Mega Glimmora. Freeze-Dry is mandatory coverage to hit Water-types for super-effective damage regardless of the weather. Encore locks opponents into protect or setup moves, creating free turns for Glimmora or Garchomp to move aggressively. Max Speed with Timid ensures Ninetales outruns the threats it needs to disrupt.
