Alolan Ninetales is the team's hail attacker and disruption tool. Snow Warning guarantees accurate Blizzard against all targets, and Never-Melt Ice amplifies both Blizzard and Freeze-Dry for spread ice damage that punishes Dragon and Water types. Timid nature with maxed Special Attack and Speed SP keeps it in the fast tier. Disable is the key pairing with Whimsicott's Encore: once a foe is locked into a move via Encore, Disable removes it entirely, leaving opponents unable to act. Protect conserves it for the Encore-Disable endgame lock.
