The Spell Tag amplifies Ghost-type move damage, making Shadow Claw especially punishing after a boost. Jolly with 32 Speed SP ensures Mimikyu moves before most threats in Tailwind, while 32 Attack SP and 2 SpD SP keep it offensively loaded.
