Krookodile fills the Intimidate and fast attacker role outside Trick Room, replacing Incineroar to better handle Basculegion end-game threats. Choice Scarf with Adamant max Attack and max Speed lets it outspeed Jolly Basculegion by one Speed point, enabling Knock Off to OHKO it before Last Respects activates. Earthquake pairs perfectly with Mega Chimecho's Levitate immunity for safe use alongside the team's setter. Rock Slide threatens Dragonite and Charizard-Y. High Horsepower provides an alternative ground coverage move when Earthquake is not optimal. Intimidate softens physical attackers to help Chimecho tank key hits.
