Kommo-o

Kommo-o is the key synergy partner for Chimecho: its Soundproof ability makes it immune to Boomburst, so Chimecho can fire the spread attack without damaging its own partner. Modest nature with maxed HP and Special Attack creates bulk alongside meaningful damage output. Dragon Fang boosts Clanging Scales into a powerful spread move, and Draco Meteor provides a single-target nuke for high-priority targets. Aura Sphere handles the Dark and Steel types that would otherwise wall Dragon-type coverage. Protect gives it a safe turn when Clanging Scales' Defense drop would expose it to retaliation.
