Kleavor's primary role is setting Stealth Rocks via Stone Axe, which strips 50% HP from Mega Charizard Y on every switch-in and breaks Focus Sash users in the back. Sharpness boosts Stone Axe and Close Combat by 1.5x, giving it meaningful offensive output despite no Tera Type. Focus Sash guarantees it survives at least one hit to land Stone Axe. Feint pierces Protect during Tailwind turns, denying stall. Max Atk and max Spe with Jolly lets it outspeed most Charizard variants and most Glimmora.
