King Gambit is where the team's Life Orb sits, and combined with max Speed under Tailwind it becomes an immediate threat to Incineroar, since Defiant turns any Intimidate switch-in into a free Attack boost that Kowtow Cleave then capitalizes on. Even without Tailwind, max Speed gives it a strong edge against non-invested King Gambit mirrors, letting Low Kick threaten an immediate knockout. Adamant with heavy Attack and Speed investment keeps it one of the team's cleanest win conditions.
