Kingambit carries Occa Berry rather than the usual Black Glasses, a tech aimed squarely at the Charizard, Pyroar, and Incineroar matchups that are everywhere this season. Absorbing a Fire hit and firing back often lets it get two big hits off in a game, and a Kowtow Cleave plus a bit of chip damage from elsewhere can suddenly put an opposing Charizard in Sucker Punch knockout range. Adamant with some Speed keeps it capable of capitalizing on Whimsicott's Tailwind when needed.
