Electroweb spreads Electric damage to both opponents and lowers their Speed by one stage. After one Electroweb, Modest Mega Froslass outpaces targets it would otherwise lose Speed ties against. Fake Tears lowers a single target's Special Defense by two stages, dramatically amplifying Froslass's Blizzard and Shadow Ball damage against normally bulky targets. Thunderbolt provides reliable single-target Electric STAB. Volt Absorb heals from Electric moves. Focus Sash guarantees at least one Electroweb or Fake Tears action. Timid maxed Speed and Special Attack. The Electroweb and Fake Tears combination enables Froslass to OHKO targets that would otherwise survive its hits.
