Incineroar is one of the premier support pivots in the format, combining Intimidate on entry with Fake Out flinch to buy a free turn for Mega Gengar or Politoed to set Perish Song safely. Parting Shot provides a double attack-and-special-attack drop on switch, then brings in a fresh teammate, making it extremely difficult for opponents to build offensive pressure. Sassy nature and the 31 HP / 15 Def / 20 SpD spread prioritize bulk over speed, leaning into its role as a slow pivot. Chople Berry mitigates its Fighting-type weakness, which is its most common knockout vector in doubles.
