Hydreigon with Haban Berry is a somewhat underexplored pick, letting it survive a Dragon-type attack from something like Life Orb Garchomp and threaten straight back with Draco Meteor. Dark Pulse fills a coverage gap since there aren't many good Dark Pulse users in the format, and Earth Power hits Incineroar hard. Modest with max Speed and heavy Special Attack investment, plus a bit of HP to help against Jolly Dragon Claw from Garchomp, rounds out this anti-Charizard core.
