Adamant with near-max Attack and 32 Spe keeps it fast and hits hard. Dragon Cheer supports Gyarados or itself by raising the critical-hit rate, which synergizes with Mold Breaker Gyarados bypassing Battle Armor or Shell Armor. Rough Skin chips contact attackers and punishes U-turn or Parting Shot users that try to cycle around it.
