Garchomp is the team's primary physical threat and endgame closer, using Swords Dance to set up and then sweep with Earthquake plus Dragon Claw. Lum Berry cures a status condition on the setup turn, protecting the Swords Dance from Will-O-Wisp or burn attempts. Rough Skin punishes contact moves and chips away Gale Wings from opposing Talonflame. The mixed SP spread prioritizes Attack while maintaining enough bulk to survive super-effective hits and enough Speed to tie or outrun key threats. Earthquake notably pairs with Rotom-Wash's Levitate, letting the combination run without self-damage.
