Mega Froslass runs a bulky Modest spread that still outspeeds Adamant Garchomp and Modest Eternatus at level 50 with base 120 Speed after Mega Evolution. Cursed Body can randomly disable attacking moves on contact, disrupting opponent game plans. Blizzard and Shadow Ball provide wide Ice/Ghost coverage in a format where both types hit key threats. Substitute is the standout tech: when opponents are sleeping from the Meowstic-Milotic trap-sleep loop, or when screens are active to stall screen turns, Froslass can set up a free Substitute and whittle down threats safely.
