Modest nature and 20 SpA investment push Blizzard's damage into reliable KO range. Maxed Speed (32 SP) lets it outpace most threats even before Tailwind. Aurora Veil sets under hail to halve damage taken by the whole team for five turns. Shadow Ball provides Ghost-type coverage against targets immune to Blizzard. Cursed Body can disable opposing contact moves before Mega Evolution triggers.
