Where some Floette run Timid with max Special Attack to edge out the speed tier, this one chooses Modest with real HP and Defense investment instead, giving up a bit of raw damage for enough bulk to survive a Jolly Dire Claw from an opposing Sneasler. Dazzling Gleam and Moonblast provide spread and single-target Fairy damage respectively, and full Speed investment still lets it move early under Tailwind alongside the rest of the offensive core.
