Rain from Pelipper boosts Liquidation. Protect preserves the Mega Evolution and Dragon Dance turns safely. Adamant with significant Attack and Speed hits key post-Dragon Dance benchmarks. The Dragonize conversion turns a self-damaging Normal move into the team's primary KO threat across most matchups.
