Farigiraf's Armor Tail blocks priority moves from touching either side of the field, which matters enormously for a Mega Beedrill that cannot afford to eat a Sucker Punch or Aqua Jet. Bold nature spreads its remaining points into Defense after HP and Special Defense, letting it live King Gambit's Sucker Punch and Charizard's Weather Ball. Rain Dance lets it manually restart the weather under Trick Room, so Archaludon's Electro Shot fires immediately regardless of an opposing Drought or Snow Warning. Helping Hand boosts a partner's hit, Psychic adds same type damage, and Sitrus Berry offsets chip from Super Fang.
