Excadrill is the primary sand sweeper, doubling in speed under Sand Rush to become one of the fastest Pokemon on the field. Under both Tailwind and sandstorm, it reaches quadruple its base speed. Adamant with maxed Atk and Spe SPs maximizes damage output. High Horsepower and Earthquake provide Ground-type STAB for wide neutral coverage. Iron Head gives Steel-type priority on Fairy types. White Herb offsets any Intimidate Attack drops that slip past Gliscor, keeping its offense consistent.
