Mega Drampa intentionally runs min Speed with Quiet nature and max HP and Special Attack, designed to function as a Trick Room counter-mode. Under opposing Trick Room, Drampa moves first and can threaten knockouts with Hyper Voice, Dragon Pulse, and Earth Power coverage. Its ability is not Cloud Nine on purpose since the team wants its own Rain from Politoed active. Comes out in roughly 10 to 15 percent of matches, most commonly alongside Politoed and Basculegion against bulky or Trick Room-oriented teams. Earth Power handles Steel types that might otherwise wall Dragon and Normal moves.
