Dragonite serves as the team's priority cleaner, using Silk Scarf-boosted Extreme Speed to pick off weakened targets regardless of speed order. Multiscale gives it a free turn to act when at full HP, and the heavy 27 HP investment keeps Multiscale active more reliably. Adamant with 32 Attack SP maximizes Extreme Speed and Outrage damage output. Stomping Tantrum covers Steel-types that resist Normal and Dragon. The 7 Speed SP provides a small speed buffer for mirror situations. Protect rounds out the set, letting Dragonite stall out weather or dodge damage while a partner fires off support moves.
